4. Client Responsibilities

  • Review work and provide feedback promptly

Delays caused by lack of information or access may impact timelines.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Fees are non-refundable once work has started
  • No refunds for completed work, consultations, or digital services

Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Payoneer) may have their own terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, workflows, automations, content, and strategies remain my intellectual property until full payment is received
  • Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered work for their business

Resale, redistribution, or reuse without permission is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including:

  • Business data
  • Login credentials
  • Strategies and workflows

This obligation survives termination of services.

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Services may involve third-party platforms such as:

  • GoHighLevel
  • n8n
  • Hosting providers
  • Email/SMS tools
  • Analytics platforms

I am not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services

You use my services at your own risk.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Any completed work up to the termination date must be paid in full.
